Nature School Programs

The purpose of "Nature School" is to introduce the wonders of the natural world to preschool-aged children.  Crafts, activities, games, songs, live animals, and outside exploration will be incorporated into their nature-based learning experience.  Parents are encouraged to attend with their 4 to 6 year old - though not required. Parents or guardians are asked to attend with their 3 year old to help with bathroom use and transitioning into a group learning environment.

NEW - NEW - NEW - NEW - NEW - NEW

Nature School now meets at the Center's "Field Station" which can be found at 5678 143rd Avenue. It's still on the ODC Nature Preserve grounds, just at a different building. We hope you come to see the new home of the program with your young nature explorer soon!

There is a new way to pay in advance for Nature School and save money!! If you pre-pay for ten registrations for classes you receive two FREE. Ask how to get your pre-paid punch card next time you visit or by contacting the office.
